1. USE OF SERVICES

• You must follow TikTok’s advertising policies and applicable laws.

• No malware, spam, fake products, or prohibited categories.

• Online earning content is allowed, but repeated violations or aggressive/non-compliant methods will not be supported.

2. ACCOUNT & CONTENT POLICY

• Running unapproved or Disapproved content is strictly prohibited.

• If TikTok disapproves of ads, ZESTIFY may immediately revoke or suspend your account.

• If your account is suspended due to a violation, service will be terminated.

3. REFUND POLICY

• No refunds under any circumstances.

• Deposits, balances, or remaining ad credits are forfeited if services are revoked or terminated due to violations or disapprovals.

4. TERMINATION

• Any violation of these Terms or TikTok policies may result in immediate revocation of accounts without prior notice.

• Repeated violations or attempts to bypass rules will result in permanent blacklisting.

5. TOP-UP

• Minimum top-up is $10.

• All top-ups are final and non-refundable.
